SAT/ACT
SAT & ACT Information
The SAT and ACT are standardized tests widely used for college admissions. These exams assess a student's aptitude in areas such as reading, writing, and mathematics. The purpose of these tests is to provide colleges with a consistent way to evaluate applicants and compare their academic abilities. Scores from the SAT or ACT are often considered alongside high school grades, extracurricular activities, and other factors in the admissions process.
Some colleges/universities are test-optional, meaning that they may not require all students to submit test scores for admission. Click here for more information from College Board about test-optional policies.
