All certificates for enrollment can be obtained in the front office from Mrs. Clevenger or  Mrs. Stanek and they have a $2 notary fee. Please contact Mrs. Clevenger or Mrs. Stanek ahead of time so that she is able to get the paperwork ready for you. These certificates are only good for 30 days.
